Reservation Policies
Prices are expressed per day, per apartment, in self catering accomodation, VAT included.
Minimum Stay 1 week
Free arrival/departure dates
Guest’s or Company’s Credit Card Guarantee requested upon confirmation
Balance to be corresponded at least 21 days before arrival (Credit card or Bank Transfer)
Prices include: gas, electricity and water consumption, linen and towels (weekly change), use of common areas like swimming pool, garden and private car park
Prices do not include: local touristic tax (1,00€ per pax per day)
Check in/Check out Time
Check in: from 5.00pm to 7.00pm / Check out: from 9.00am to 11.00am
Different arrival/departure time to be agreed with the management (depending on availability)
Kids Policies
Babycot available on request free of charge
Desk Services
Office Time: from 9.00am to 12.00am – from 3.00pm to 7.00pm
Touristic informations available at the reception desk (maps, attractions, restaurants, tipical food/wine tastings, wineries tours, restaurants, etc….)
Tickets and reservation services available on site (museums, theaters, concerts, sports, etc…)
